When the knob is rotated to the "open" position, the device performs OPEP therapy.
OPEP is a combination of PEP therapy with oscillation: PEP maximizes airflow during expiration and prevents dynamic collapse of the airways. Increased alveolar ventilation, combined with the oscillatory movement of the air, reduces the viscoelastic properties of mucus, making it easier to mobilize and facilitating the removal of secretions.

When the knob is rotated to the "closed" position, the device performs PEP therapy, blocking the inner sphere and pushing air only through the selected hole on the ring. As a positive expiratory pressure (PEP) device, AirFeel® helps improve the clearance of the lower airways through collateral ventilation, temporarily increasing the residual functional capacity of the lungs.

Portable and ergonomic
It is equipped with an easy-to-grip handle that can be removed and used to store the product's components, allowing for maximum ease of transportation, thanks to a convenient carrying bag.

Easy to clean
The product can be completely disassembled, making it easier to clean all of its components, which are also autoclavable.

Immediate therapy control (ACO755P Pro Kit)
With the additional manometer (sold separately as part of the kit, not included in the AirFeel product), the therapist can recommend the optimal treatment settings, while the patient can monitor the proper progress of the therapy.
